Position Overview:
Law firm is seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to assist with discovery-related tasks in the Lemon Law practice area. The ideal candidate will have prior discovery experience, including handling high-volume and templated discovery requests, and will be proficient with various legal software tools. The role will provide critical support during the discovery phase of litigation.

Top Three Requirements:

1. Proficient in using Salesforce, i-Manage, and PDFs (training will be provided for new software)
2. Must have experience in discovery, specifically managing high-volume templated requests and responses
3. Tech-savvy with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with navigating the discovery process in litigation matters, specifically in Lemon Law cases.
• Draft discovery requests and responses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Negotiate the scope of discovery with opposing parties to ensure fair and efficient processes.
• Represent the firm's clients during depositions and discovery-related proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop strategies and prepare for litigation.
• Ensure all documents are organized, indexed, and managed appropriately.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Entry-level attorney with at least 1 year of experience in discovery or litigation support, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong technical proficiency, particularly with Salesforce, i-Manage, and document management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with clients and opposing parties.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay Rate: 40-44 an hour
• Salary: $120K - $130K upon hire
• Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
